Mr. Baldwin is well equipped with 45 years of plumbing industry know-how, serving communities in both California and Arizona. As the President of MAC-V Construction, Mr. Baldwin is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the company. In addition, he handles the administrative operations of MAC-V, including marketing and business development and bidding and proposal initiatives. He also attends progress and design meetings and engages in on-site interactions with MAC-V’s valued customers and subcontractors.

Mr. Marchelletta has over 20 years of experience working for both city and municipal Water and Wastewater Agencies. He also has 25 years of experience working in construction on federal contracts for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience in the private sector, giving him a unique prospective on the industry. Since he has worked on both sides of the fence, he understands that once the job is done and done right that he has the responsibility to ensure his customers a product that will serve them well into the future. This attitude is reflected throughout our company as a result of Mr. Marchelletta’s stalwart leadership.
Jesus “Cory” Preciado
Vice President, Building and Renovation Division
Mr. Preciado has over 30 years of construction experience with over 20 years of experience as a general contractor, holding both an A and B License. Over the past 15 years, he has managed a multitude of contracts for the Navy, Army, Air Force, and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. His experience in government contracts and the construction industry on the corporate, engineering, design, and project supervision levels make him more than qualified to be directly responsible for the quality control and all project related personnel and subcontractors for MAC-V.
Mr. Marchelletta has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. For 10 of those years, he owned and managed a roofing business. He also holds a C-39 License, and both before and after closing his roofing business, he worked for two contracting companies that specialized in federal contracts throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. Mr. Marchelletta has held positions as both a superintendent and project manager before joining MAC-V.
